Our LED and Bulb dimmer is ideal for Hobbyists wishing to control the brightness of LED & Filament Bulb dolls house lighting etc. Suitable for lit up model railway scenery and buildings or other models requiring the need to adjust the brightness of the lighting.
The heart of the unit is a microcontroller which uses PWM technology to accurately adjust the brightness of each channel. Each output is easily adjusted by it’s own rotary knob.
Each of the outputs can supply up to a max of 1 amp which is equivalent to 50 LEDs or 20 dolls house lights. However the overall total current should not exceed 5 amps, which is a maximum of approximately 250 LEDs or 100 dolls house bulbs.
As this unit uses PWM technology, it is also ideal for controlling the speeds of small electric 12V motors.
Requires a 12V regulated power supply with a current rating to suit the amount of LEDs or bulbs being controlled. Fitted with a standard 2.1mm socket for simple power connection
The outputs are simply connected using the on board screw terminals.
