The dresser has a superstructure fitted on top which consists of a pigeon hole opening and 2 small opening drawers on either side. On the shelf above the drawers is a centrally placed cupboard with one interior shelf enclosed by a glass door and a hand painted floral design on the cornice. The back of the superstructure is curved down to form a back to the desk. The legs are spade toe Marlborough type Circa 1900.the drawer fronts and sides are hand painted with floral motifs. The dresser is finished in walnut. -

The cornice is Chippendale style and the plinth is supported on small spade feet. The indented design around the cornice is reproduced around the plinth. -
